1. Program Name and Description

Book by SMS is an SMS-based appointment booking service operated by Cyberdeck LLC. The service allows customers to schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments with hair stylists, beauty professionals, and other service providers via text message.

By texting any Book by SMS phone number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive messages for:

• Appointment booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling and rescheduling conversations
• Cancellation confirmations
• Responses to your inquiries

You will only receive messages related to appointment scheduling with your chosen service provider. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent to and received from Book by SMS. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Book by SMS is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Book by SMS. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

8. User Responsibilities

By using Book by SMS, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when scheduling appointments
• Not use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose
• Not send spam, harassing, or threatening messages
• Honor scheduled appointments or cancel in a timely manner

9. Service Availability

Book by SMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery depends on wireless carrier networks and may be subject to delays or failures beyond our control.

Cyberdeck LLC is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Book by SMS service, including but not limited to missed appointments, scheduling errors, or SMS delivery failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the service.

Your use of Book by SMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
